IDR/UPM, is a centre for investigation and teaching of the highest scientific and technical level, whose purpose is the planning, promotion, execution and dissemination of research, development and technological innovation activities in the scientific and technological areas of the aerospace field, with special emphasis on microgravity related activities. The PhD, postgraduate and highly qualified specialised staff education, is also one of the IDR/UPM purposes.
